I come back to Tumblr to ask for help.

Yes. I haven’t been so active on tumblr but now I want to spread the word and do my part.

A typhoon has hit the Philippines. And it hit hard. I knew it was bad but these numbers just made my eyes open even more…

Hurricane Katrina rainfall = 380mm in Louisiana

Typhoon Ondoy rainfall = 410mm in Manila

I mean no disrespect in mentioning Hurricane Katrina. I fully understand how horrible it was for the people who were affected but the comparison just made me realize how much damage this typhoon may have done to my country.

What’s worse is that there is news of two more storm coming. I’m not sure how bad these will be but I pray it won’t be as bad.

I will be posting and rebloging ways you can help and hopefully you can.

Please help my country!
