A little girl attending the 2013 Motor City Comic Con enthusiastically cosplaying as the legendary Stan Lee is undeniably awesome. But when that same little girl poses for a photo with the real Stan Lee? That, friends, is Super Awesome and pretty much made our day. (They both have such wonderful mustaches!) Jose Rizal (whose birthday we’re celebrating today!) makes a cameo in the painting, as the gentleman whose back is turned. He’s accompanied by Juan Luna (center) and Ariston Bautista (right).

For those who wish to see this beauty in the flesh, it’s currently housed in the National Museum of the Philippines.
